Delete your account

01Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest way — it takes effect immediately.

1. Open Icallon and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Read what will be removed, then confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted straight away. The app returns to a fresh guest profile, as though it had just been installed.

02If you no longer have the app

Email us and we will delete the account for you. So we can find the right one, please include:

• The email address you used to sign in with Google, if you signed in; and
• Your display name and friend code in the game, if you know them.

Send the request from the email address linked to the account where possible — it is how we confirm the request is really yours. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

03What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, including:

• Your profile — display name, avatar and friend code;
• Progress, scores, streaks, achievements and your leaderboard placing;
• Your friend list — on your side and in the lists of everyone you were friends with — plus any pending requests and challenges you had sent;
• Your coin and gem balances, and your inventory of keys and power-ups;
• Notification registrations for your devices;
• Your sign-in credentials for the game.

04What we keep, and why

• Purchase records. If you bought anything, we keep a record of the transaction — the item, the amount and the date — because we are required to for tax and refund purposes. It is stored against the store's own transaction number and is not linked to you once your account is gone.
• A record that the account was deleted. A single internal marker, containing no personal information, which stops a deleted account being recreated by anything still in flight.

Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you — and which never contained your name — may also remain. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

05Deleting the app is not the same thing

Uninstalling Icallon removes it from your device but leaves your account on our servers, so your progress is still there if you reinstall. To remove the account itself, use one of the two methods above.
