Privacy Policy

01Information we collect

Icallon is designed to be playable with as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following:

• Profile information. A display name (username) and avatar you choose so you can appear on friend lists, in multiplayer rooms, and on leaderboards. You may play under a nickname — a real name is not required.
• Gameplay & progress data. Level progress, scores, streaks, coin and reward balances, difficulty settings, and leaderboard rankings, so your progress is saved and synced.
• Social & multiplayer data. Friend connections, friend requests, room codes, and match/versus records when you play with others.
• Device & technical data. Device model, operating system version, language, approximate region, a randomized device or player identifier, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
• Usage & analytics data. How you interact with the App — features used, session length, and events — to help us improve gameplay.
• Purchase data. If you buy coins or other in-app items, purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a confirmation of the transaction but never your full payment card details.

02How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Run the game — save progress, sync scores, and power leaderboards and multiplayer rooms;
• Enable social features such as friends, invites, and head-to-head matches;
• Provide rewards, daily spins, hints, and in-app purchases;
• Diagnose crashes, prevent cheating and abuse, and keep the game secure;
• Understand how the game is played so we can improve levels and performance;
• Show advertising where applicable and measure its performance.

We do not sell your personal information.

03Advertising

Icallon is free to play and may show advertising, including optional rewarded video ads (for example, "spin the wheel by watching a video"). Advertising partners may use device identifiers and limited technical data to serve and measure ads.

On supported devices you can limit ad tracking through your system settings (for example, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, or "Reset advertising ID" / "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android). Choosing to limit tracking does not stop you from playing.

04Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the App. These may include cloud hosting and game backend services, analytics and crash-reporting tools, advertising networks, and the app-store platforms that process purchases. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy, and we share only what is needed for that service to function.

05Data retention

We keep your gameplay and profile data for as long as your account or player profile is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to support leaderboards, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

06Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@icallon.co and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You can also delete your player profile from within the App or by contacting us, which removes your associated gameplay and profile data.

07Children's privacy

Icallon is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

08Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09International transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, we take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of Icallon after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
